Is the gold on your CAROVO chain real gold?
It is gold plated, not solid: a thin layer of gold over a brass core, most of it 14K and a few pieces 18K. One toggle necklace is gold filled, which is a heavier bonded layer. The card under every name says which, and the spec table repeats it.
What chain length should you order from CAROVO?
Hold a shoelace where you want the pendant to land and measure it: that number is the chain length. Our letter pendants are 16.5 inches with a two inch extender, which covers the collarbone and just below. The chain length guide walks through it.
Can you shower or swim in your CAROVO pieces?
The pieces we call waterproof carry the word on their card, and those are the anklets and chain bracelets people take to the beach. Whatever you wear in water, rinse it in fresh water afterwards and pat it dry: it is the salt and chlorine left sitting on plating that shortens its life.
Will CAROVO jewelry turn your skin green?
