The catalog was last updated on October 3, 2026. Prices, colorways and stock on every page come from that update.
What we update
Prices, which colorways are available, and whether a piece is in stock at all. A piece with no live offer leaves the site at the next rebuild rather than sitting here with a price nobody can pay, and it comes back on its own when it returns to stock.
Lengths, extenders, stones and piece counts change far less often. Those come from the data we hold on each piece, and they are re-read whenever that piece is rebuilt.
How often
On a schedule, and after any change to the range. Prices on plated jewelry move with metal costs and with promotions, so the figure here is the one from our last update and the figure at checkout is the one you pay. Where the two disagree, the till is right.
What we do not do
We do not take payment, hold stock or ship. The shopping button opens our retail partner, and the order, the payment and any return happen there under their terms.

What we read
Where a page here says what a public body advises, this is what was read and when.
- American Academy of Dermatology, Nickel allergy: how to avoid exposure and reduce symptoms. More than 18 percent of people in North America are allergic to nickel, including 11 million children in the US. The academy advises wearing jewelry made of surgical-grade stainless steel, 18, 22 or 24 karat yellow gold, pure sterling silver or platinum, and seeing a board-certified dermatologist when a rash under jewelry blisters, becomes infected, or comes and goes. Read September 20, 2026.
- American Academy of Dermatology, Contact dermatitis: signs and symptoms. Allergic contact dermatitis appears where the skin touched the allergen, often as a rash that itches, and it can take a day or two after contact to show. The rash clears when the contact stops. Read September 20, 2026.
- US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Total lead content. A children's product with more than 100 ppm of lead in an accessible component is a banned hazardous substance; a few metal components, such as those of bicycles, are allowed 300 ppm. Read September 20, 2026.
- US Consumer Product Safety Commission, Staff report on cadmium in children's metal jewelry. Staff testing found high cadmium content in some children's metal jewelry and describes the hazard as depending on how much cadmium the item releases if a child mouths or swallows it, not on total content alone. Read September 20, 2026.
The routine described here is the one the people behind CAROVO follows on a piece that has to last a season.
